YOGA

As the foundation of my offerings, yoga offers countless physical, mental, and emotional benefits for modern times. I believe that a healthy body allows for a healthy mind and thus a healthy and fulfilling life experience.

My teachings include holistic flow classes and yin and restorative options. 

BREATHWORK

Breathwork involves specific breathing techniques used to influence physical, mental, and emotional states. Breathwork provides for accentuated performance in all areas of life as well as more ease and relaxation.

MINDFULLNESS

COACHING

Integrating mindfulness practices into our daily lives can have a profound impact on our personal, interpersonal, and professional experiences.

 

Building on the foundation of yoga and breathwork, mindfulness coaching will take you one step further; creating and developing wellness practices through healthy eating, balance in relationships, and your expressed version of a creatively fulfilled life. 

Mindfulness Coaching is a long term collaborative investment.
